Our futures scalper for TradingView, built for the New York morning. It waits for a pullback instead of chasing a stretched move. Each trade carries its own target, stop and trailing stop. Daily limits and post-loss cooldowns are built in.
Kairos waits for a pullback instead of chasing a stretched move. It enters only when several different checks agree. Entries go in at market when a bar closes.
Δ
Adaptive Brackets
Every trade carries a target and a stop that adapt to live volatility. When a trade moves your way far enough, a trailing stop follows price. The distance adapts, but your contract count stays fixed.
Ω
Daily Guardrails
Set a daily trade limit, a daily risk limit and a daily profit target. After a losing trade, it waits a set number of bars. A losing streak pauses new entries for the rest of the day.

Five Webhook Providers
Shifu, PickMyTrade, TradersPost, CrossTrade and Custom Template are built in. PickMyTrade stays the default, and Shifu is new in v1.6. Pick the provider that fits your broker account.

How To Use Kairos Scalper.
This guide covers what Kairos Scalper does and how to set it up. It walks through automation and the daily guardrails. It ends with how to check it on your own chart.
In 60 Seconds
What it is. Kairos Scalper is our futures scalping algo, the third of our four. It runs as a strategy on your own TradingView chart.
What it does. It takes short, frequent trades when several checks agree. Each trade carries a target, a stop and a trailing stop. Alerts can send every order to your broker.
Who it is for. Futures scalpers who automate through a webhook provider. It also suits prop-firm traders who want daily limits and cooldowns. Manual traders can take its entries by hand.
Plans. Kairos comes with Pro Monthly, at $90 a month. It also comes with Yearly Pro, at $270 a year. It is not part of Core, which covers Paradox Algo only.
Version. v1.6, published September 21, 2026.
What it does not do. We do not trade for you or manage your account. You run the software on your own TradingView account. It does not predict the market or promise results. It only knows the daily limits you enter.
How It Behaves
Entries. Every entry is direction-aware, so Kairos waits for a pullback. It does not chase a move that has already stretched. It enters only when several different checks agree. Entries go in at market when a bar closes, never mid-bar.
An adaptive target and stop. Every trade carries a target and a protective stop. By default, both adapt to live market volatility. The distance changes from trade to trade, but your contract count never does. Prefer fixed sizes? Turn on Use Manual Brackets for a fixed target and stop in ticks.
The trailing stop. When a trade moves your way far enough, a trailing stop follows price. Depending on your provider, your broker can hold that same trail.
Forced exits. Two exits do not wait for the bracket. Max Hold closes a trade that stays open too long. The end of your Active Hours closes any open position. These closes go out only while the chart itself holds a position. Your broker's exit can differ from the chart's. Then the broker can still hold a trade after the chart is flat. Check your broker account at your firm's cutoff.
Daily guardrails. The Daily Trade Limit caps how many trades it takes in a day. The Daily Risk Limit stops new entries once the day's losses reach it. The Daily Profit Target does the same for gains, and 0 turns it off. The Loss Circuit Breaker pauses new entries for the day after a losing streak. It resets at the next session, or on a win. The Recovery Period waits a set number of bars after each losing trade. These limits stop new entries, but they never close an open trade. An open trade keeps its own target, stop and trail. The daily counters reset when a new day starts in your Session Timezone.
No repaint. Entry signals are decided on closed bars, so they do not repaint. Live fills can still differ from the backtest. The Check It Yourself section below explains why.
Profiles. Kairos ships ready to run, with the Profile set to Custom. Conservative, Balanced and Aggressive are presets you can opt into. Conservative trades least, and Aggressive trades most often. A preset overrides some of your inputs while it is selected.
The dashboard. The on-chart dashboard shows which profile is driving. “preset locked” means a preset is in control of the tuning. “CUSTOM” means your own input values are live. Its Webhook row shows your route and flags common setup mistakes. For example, it warns about a blank key or account field.
Markets & Timeframes
Timeframe. We recommend a 3-minute chart, and 3 to 5 minutes is the supported range.
Markets. Kairos is typically run on MNQ, MES, ES and CL futures. Other liquid futures markets work too, such as NQ. Paper trade any new market before you trust it with an account.
The session window. Active Hours ships as 08:00 to 12:00, New York time. New entries fire only inside that trading window. Any open position closes when the window ends.
The time zone. Pick New York, Chicago, London, Tokyo, Sydney or UTC. Your Active Hours are read in that time zone, not your chart's. Set it to your market's home exchange, and the window stays right all year.
Weekdays. Monday to Friday are on by default, and the weekend is off. For markets that trade all week, such as crypto, turn the weekday filter off.

Know Your ContractMNQ moves $0.50 per tick. NQ moves $5 per tick, ten times more. Check which one your chart and account use before you set Contracts. Your daily limits are in dollars, so they depend on it too.
Your First Day
Load it. Open any chart and click Indicators, or press /. Choose Invite-Only Scripts on the left. Click Kairos Scalper v1.6 [ParadoxAlgo]. It loads and runs a backtest right away.
Run it as shipped. Use a 3-minute chart of your futures market. Leave the Profile on Custom, the default. The presets can wait until later.
Set your size and limits. Set Contracts to what your account and your firm allow. Then tune the daily limits to your account and your firm's rulebook.
Check your session. Confirm Active Hours and the Session Timezone in the Session group. On a prop account, end the window before your firm's cutoff.
Choose your webhook provider. Open Webhook 1 · Setup. Kairos opens on PickMyTrade, so pick another provider only if you use one. Set Broker Symbol for your market and provider, since it ships as MES1!. PickMyTrade, CrossTrade and Custom Template need Auth Token and Account ID filled. Shifu and TradersPost leave both of those fields empty.
Create one TradingView alert. Click the alert bell and set Condition to the strategy. Then pick alert() function calls only, and leave the Message box empty. Paste your provider's webhook link under Notifications, in Webhook URL. Set Expiration to Open-ended, or the longest your plan allows. On CrossTrade, use the recommended Order fills only setup instead (see Automation).
Paper trade first. Point the alert at a paper or sim account. Run it for at least one full week before real money.
Automation
Kairos can send each trade to your broker through a webhook. Five providers are built in: Shifu, PickMyTrade, TradersPost, CrossTrade and Custom Template. In v1.6, PickMyTrade stays the default provider for Kairos. Webhook alerts need a paid TradingView plan, Essential or higher. Pick by your account, not by the default.

TradersPost or Custom Template
Read the TradersPost limits below first.
PickMyTrade, the default. Fill in both Auth Token and Account ID. If either one is blank, your orders drop silently. Copy the Account ID exactly as PickMyTrade shows it. Rithmic accounts also fill PMT — Rithmic Connection Name. Tradovate and Rithmic use different webhook links, so copy yours from PickMyTrade. Leave PMT — Broker Platform on Auto, or pick Interactive Brokers for an IB account. Give each algo its own PickMyTrade account, not a shared one. PickMyTrade ignores a second same-direction entry on one account. MNQ1! works as the symbol, and PickMyTrade maps it to the front contract. An exact contract, such as MNQZ6, never rolls, so update it each quarter. PickMyTrade lists other brokers too, but Kairos does not send their format yet. PickMyTrade setup →
Shifu, new in v1.6. Leave Auth Token and Account ID empty, since both grey out. The bot's webhook link works as your identity. Find it on the bot's Setup tab in Shifu. For index futures, use the continuous symbol, such as MNQ1! or MES1!. In contract-roll week, type the dated contract your chart is on. On any other market, such as crude oil, always use the dated contract. Keep PMT — Trail Enable at 1, or no trailing stop is sent. Keep the bot in Market mode, which is its default. In Shifu, set “How to size each trade” to “From the TradingView alert”. Then your Contracts setting sets the size of each trade. Shifu setup →
Shifu limits. Before each new entry, Shifu flattens the same contract in that account. So run one algo per contract in each account. Two Kairos charts on different contracts can share one Shifu bot. Run one sim trade, then read your broker's order history. The stop should start trailing only after the trigger. If the broker refuses that trail, Shifu falls back. Its stop then trails from entry at the full stop distance. On a Rithmic account, use PickMyTrade instead of Shifu. Shifu's Rithmic route cannot hold our separate trail distance. It also does not flatten before a new entry. Shifu account or billing questions go to support@shifu.trade.
TradersPost. TradersPost sends the entry, target and stop, with no trigger-based trail. Its stop trails from entry at the full stop distance. So the chart usually exits the trade first. The broker then stays in the trade until its own stop or target. No session-end close follows once the chart is flat. For exits that follow the chart, use Shifu or PickMyTrade. Targets and stops need a Tradovate, NinjaTrader, TradeStation or tastytrade connection. Anywhere else, the broker holds no stop at all. The trailing stop needs a Tradovate or NinjaTrader connection. On any other connection, set PMT — Trail Enable to 0. In TradersPost, keep the top “Allow signal overrides” box ticked. Leave “Reject exit if signal is older than” empty. Leave Auth Token and Account ID empty in Kairos. Use the dated contract with a four-digit year, such as MNQZ2026, never MNQ1!. On a prop account, check TradersPost is flat by your firm's cutoff.
CrossTrade. Route to NinjaTrader 8 through the add-on, the default. Or route to Tradovate through CrossTrade's cloud connection. Enter your CrossTrade key and your exact account name. Keep CrossTrade — Mirror Chart Exits on. On NinjaTrader, the trailing stop runs from your ATM template, inside NinjaTrader. Keep NinjaTrader open and connected while a trade is live. In Chart Trader properties, set the ATM selection to “Select active ATM strategy on order submission”. Otherwise an entry can go in without the template's target and stop. Keep the CrossTrade add-on at v1.13.9 or newer. Match your Contracts setting to the template's contract count. The Kairos bracket adapts, so turn on Use Manual Brackets for an exact match. Then copy those fixed values into your ATM template. On Tradovate, the CrossTrade — Tradovate Trail row picks who runs the trail. It is the last row of the CrossTrade section. Chart (Mirror) is the default setting. With CrossTrade ATM, CrossTrade's servers move the trailing stop. If CrossTrade loses pricing, that stop stays where it last was. Run one sim trade first, because a rejected ATM places no entry. The Strategy Tag keeps each algo's trades apart on NinjaTrader. On Tradovate, keep other bots on a separate account. If you use CrossTrade's trading windows, alerts outside every window are blocked, closes included.
Custom Template. Use it for any other bridge or service. Your bridge must place the target and stop at the broker. The chart's own target, stop and trail exits send no alert here. Set the Flatten Word to the close word your bridge expects.

CrossTrade (recommended)

CrossTrade (older setup, still works)
alert() function calls only
Empty. Exits go out at bar close.
Paste your provider's webhook link under Notifications, in Webhook URL. Older guides call this condition “Any alert() function call”. It is the same setup under an older name. Never pick “Order fills and alert() function calls”. On Kairos, that option sends every order twice. After any update or settings change, delete the alert and create a new one.
TradersPost's Old Order-Fills Method Is RetiredThe old setup used “Order fills only”, with TradersPost's JSON in the Message box. On v1.6 it sends entries and forced exits only. The chart's target, stop and trail exits no longer reach TradersPost. The entry carries no target or stop either. So a broker position can sit open and unprotected. Close any open position by hand first. Then switch to the built-in TradersPost setup above.
PickMyTrade and Shifu are both official partners of ours. At PickMyTrade, code PARADOXALGO takes 10% off at checkout, and we may earn a commission when you sign up through our PickMyTrade links. At Shifu, the same code takes 25% off for first-time Shifu customers. Paradox Algo is an official Shifu partner and may benefit when you subscribe. Shifu is a separate company; its service, pricing, terms and support are its own. Full steps: webhook automation guide, PickMyTrade, Shifu.

Your market's home exchange time
Check your firm's frequency rules. Kairos trades often, and trade counts can clash with some firms' rules. Read your firm's consistency and frequency rules before an evaluation. For evaluations, our flagship Paradox Algo is the steadier choice.
Your firm's day may reset at another hour. Kairos starts each new day in your Session Timezone. Your firm may reset its trading day at a different time. Check that your daily limits still fit your firm's day.
Presets lock some settings. On Conservative, Balanced or Aggressive, the preset drives some of these settings. The dashboard then shows “preset locked” next to the Profile. Stay on Custom to use your own values everywhere.
Exits that follow the chart. For exits that follow the chart, use Shifu or PickMyTrade. CrossTrade users keep Mirror Chart Exits switched on. The session-end close goes out only while the chart holds a position. Check your broker is flat at your firm's cutoff.
Prove it in sim. Paper trade one full week in your firm's evaluation or sim account. Trip the Daily Risk Limit once, on purpose. Confirm that new entries stop and your broker account is flat. Only then should you trade a live account.
No Promise Of A PassWe can't promise any evaluation will pass. That depends on the market during your evaluation and on your settings. The guardrails help you stay inside the limits you enter. Firm rules change without notice, so re-check your rule sheet often.
Check It Yourself
You never have to take our word for it. TradingView's Strategy Tester shows every trade, on your own chart and data.
Open the Strategy Tester. It runs the moment you add the algo to a chart. It lists every trade and every metric.
Test on a fixed contract month. Continuous symbols like MNQ1! adjust their history at each contract roll. So a backtest on them can shift between sessions. For results you can repeat, test a dated month such as MNQZ2026. Live trading is not affected by this.
Check the Properties tab. Capital, quantity and commission can reset when a chart layout reloads. After every reload, confirm they still match what you intend.
Treat it as research. A backtest runs on past prices and does not predict future results.
Tight Trails Need A Closer LookThe backtest models the trailing stop on bars. Your broker runs it tick by tick. The gap is biggest with tight trails. At the default settings, the Kairos trail follows price closely. So turn on Bar Magnifier in the Properties tab before you judge a backtest. Not every TradingView plan includes it.
Fills and timestamps. Fills can land a few ticks away, from normal slippage and delay. TradingView labels a trade at the bar's open. The fill happens at the bar's close. Your broker's fill log is the source of truth.
Speed matters for a scalper. A scalper needs fast, reliable execution at your broker. It also needs a webhook setup that is configured correctly.
Paper trade one full week. Use TradingView paper trading or your firm's sim account.
Check the chain. Did every alert fire? Did every order reach your provider? Confirm each one in your provider's log.
Check the fills. Did fills match the chart's entries? Did slippage match what you expected?
Test your limits. Trip the Daily Risk Limit once in sim, and confirm new entries stop.
Check the broker side. Run one sim trade through your provider. Read your broker's order history for the target, stop and trail.
Day 1. Load Kairos on a 3-minute chart of your futures market. Leave the Profile on Custom, and read the Strategy Tester. Set Contracts, your daily limits, the session and your provider. Build one alert, pointed at paper or sim.
Week 1. Paper trade the full week. Check every alert, order and fill against the chart. Trip your Daily Risk Limit once in sim. Run one sim trade through your provider, and read the broker's order history.
Month 1. Change one setting at a time, then re-read the Strategy Tester. Try the Conservative, Balanced or Aggressive presets for a different pace. Leave the Advanced Engine alone unless you run your own custom settings. Stratera, included with Pro, can search settings for you. Go live only after the gates in the docs pass. After every update, confirm your provider and re-create your alert.
What's New In v1.6
A Webhook-Layer Updatev1.6 changes how orders and exits reach your broker. The trading logic, sessions, presets, risk controls and defaults are unchanged. PickMyTrade stays the default provider for Kairos. Your saved settings carry over, and nothing needs re-tuning.
Step 1: confirm your provider. Open the settings once, and check the Webhook Provider is still yours.
Step 2: re-create your alert. Delete the old alert and create a new one. An alert made before the update keeps running the old version. TradersPost users: read the warning under Automation first.
Shifu joins the provider list. One alert carries the entry, target, stop and trailing stop. On NinjaTrader and Tradovate accounts, they rest at the broker. Two Kairos charts on different contracts can share one Shifu bot.
CrossTrade exits on the fill. With the recommended alert, chart exits reach CrossTrade the moment they happen.
New row: CrossTrade — Tradovate Trail. Chart (Mirror) stays the default setting. CrossTrade ATM lets CrossTrade's servers move the trailing stop.
New row: PMT — Broker Platform. Auto, the default, works just as it did before. You can also pick Tradovate, Rithmic or Interactive Brokers. Interactive Brokers accounts get a fixed stop instead of a trail.
TradersPost exit fix. Exits now cancel the resting target and stop, and close the whole position.
Dashboard warnings. The Webhook row now flags a delayed chart data feed. It also flags a blank PickMyTrade connection name. And it flags a Broker Symbol left on MES1! on another market's chart.
A renamed display switch. One display switch is now called Anchor Line. If you had hidden that line, switch it off again.
No. You run the software on your own TradingView account. We do not manage trades or trade on your behalf. You can take its entries by hand. Or a webhook provider can route them to your broker.
Which plans include Kairos Scalper?
Kairos comes with Pro Monthly, at $90 a month. It also comes with Yearly Pro, at $270 a year. Core does not include it. Core is $60 a month and covers Paradox Algo only. You can upgrade anytime in the billing portal.
I updated to v1.6. What do I need to do?
PickMyTrade stays the default, so your provider should not move. Open the settings once to confirm it. Then delete your alert and create a new one. Saved settings carry over, and nothing needs re-tuning. If you had hidden the Anchor Line, switch it off again.
Should I use PickMyTrade or Shifu?
Pick by account. On a Tradovate or NinjaTrader account, either one works. On a Rithmic account, use PickMyTrade with the Rithmic Connection Name. Both can trade several accounts from one alert.
I changed a setting and nothing happened. Why?
Look at the dashboard first. “preset locked” means a preset is driving, so some of your inputs are ignored. Switch the Profile to Custom to use your own values. Then re-create the alert, so it runs the new settings.
Can I run Kairos on a prop-firm evaluation?
Check your firm's rules first. Kairos trades often, and trade counts can clash with some firms' rules. For evaluations, Paradox Algo is the steadier choice. We can't promise any evaluation will pass.
Why doesn't live trading match the backtest exactly?
Some gap is normal. The backtest models the trailing stop on bars. Your broker runs it tick by tick. The Kairos trail follows price closely, so the gap can be larger. Fills can also land a few ticks away, from slippage and delay. Your broker's fill log is the source of truth.
Can I run Kairos next to Paradox Algo?
Yes, and each algo runs from its own alert. Give each one its own PickMyTrade account. On Shifu, keep them on different contracts or different accounts. On NinjaTrader through CrossTrade, the Strategy Tag keeps their trades apart. Paradox Algo v7.5 defaults to Shifu, so check its provider too.
How fast do I get access?
Usually within 10 minutes of payment, and at most 24 hours. Then open Indicators, choose Invite-Only Scripts, and load Kairos Scalper v1.6 [ParadoxAlgo]. Nothing after 30 minutes? Check spam, then email support@paradoxalgo.com.
Pairs With
Kairos runs on its own. Every plan that includes it also includes these tools. Each one gives you its own read, beside the algo.
Paradox Algo. Our flagship algo, and the steadier choice for prop-firm evaluations.
DeepWave. Shows how active the market is for the hour, with an expected range.
TrendScore. Scores trend strength and marks choppy, range-bound stretches.
EdgeFlow. A bounded momentum-and-flow gauge for timing your own entries.
SignalWave. Grades trend-regime flips, for higher-timeframe context.
Stratera. A macOS app that searches TradingView strategy settings for you.
For education and research. Kairos Scalper is trading software, not advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not predict future results.
Get Kairos Scalper + The Full Suite
Kairos Scalper comes with Pro Monthly and Yearly Pro. Both include three more algos, six indicators and Stratera. Yearly Pro costs $270 a year, which is $22.50 a month. It also includes a free month of Shifu automation, on Shifu's monthly billing.
