Setup In Four Steps

Steps 1 and 2 happen at Shifu. Steps 3 and 4 need your algo's update that adds Shifu.

Subscribe at Shifu. Choose monthly or yearly billing at shifu.trade. New to Shifu? At checkout, tap Add promotion code and enter PARADOXALGO. On Pro Annual? For monthly billing, use your personal code instead.
Connect your accounts and create a bot. Connect your broker in Shifu, or start on its built-in Paper account. Create a bot, choose the accounts it trades, and keep it in Market mode, the default. For your algo's contract count to set the size, leave How to size each trade on From the TradingView alert, also the default. The bot's webhook link is on its Setup tab.
Set your algo to Shifu. In the algo's 🔗 Webhook settings, set Webhook Provider to Shifu. Leave Auth Token and Account ID empty; the bot link identifies you. Use the continuous symbol, for example MNQ1!.
Create one TradingView alert. Condition: your algo + Any alert() function call. Leave the Message box empty. In Notifications, turn on Webhook URL and paste the bot link. Check your setup on the Paper account first.

Aurum uses a different alertAurum's alert uses Order fills and alert() function calls with its pre-filled Message, whatever the platform. When Aurum gets Shifu, its guide will confirm the steps. Aurum setup →

Alerts are a frozen copy of your settingsAfter any settings change, delete the alert and create it again. Field-by-field help lives in the Webhook Automation guide.

Do I need Shifu to use Paradox Algo?

No. Automation is optional, and you can take the trades by hand. Our algos also support PickMyTrade, TradersPost, CrossTrade and a custom template.

How do I get 25% off?

Is PARADOXALGO the same code as PickMyTrade's?

Same code, two partners. At Shifu it takes 25% off. At PickMyTrade it takes 10% off. Each company applies its own discount.

PickMyTrade or Shifu: which should I use?

Pick by broker. NinjaTrader: Shifu. Tradovate or Rithmic: either one. Both can trade several accounts from one alert, and Shifu charges one flat price with no per-account fees. PickMyTrade works in our algos today; Shifu joins with their next updates.

Who do I ask for help?

For the code, our settings or your alerts, ask in our Discord or email support@paradoxalgo.com. For your Shifu account, billing or broker connection, email support@shifu.trade. Shifu logs every alert it refuses, with the reason, on its Alerts page.

Will live trades match the backtest?

Automation sends the same orders the chart shows. Live fills can still differ, because slippage, delays and partial fills happen. Shifu's Paper account settles exits at your next alert, so use it to check your setup, not to predict results. Then read Live vs Backtest.
