Paradox Algo is a software company. We publish invite-only strategies (algos) and indicators for TradingView, plus Stratera, a strategy optimizer for macOS. You run the software on your own TradingView account. We do not send signals, manage trades or trade on your behalf.
No. If you can use TradingView, you can run it. Setup takes about five minutes with the TradingView setup guide.
Open any TradingView chart and click Indicators (or press /). Choose Invite-Only Scripts on the left. Every Paradox Algo tool you have access to is listed there, ready to load.
Usually under 10 minutes after your payment clears, and 24 hours at most. You enter your TradingView username at checkout, so there is nothing else to send. Nothing after 30 minutes? Check spam, then email support@paradoxalgo.com from the email you used at checkout.
For webhook automation, yes. Webhook alerts need a paid TradingView plan (Essential or higher), because the free plan has no Webhook URL field. TradingView also requires two-factor authentication before it sends webhooks. Taking signals by hand works on any plan. Details are in the webhook guide.

The six indicators run on every TradingView market and timeframe: futures, forex, crypto, stocks and indices. Paradox Algo runs on any chart and is tuned and tested mainly on index futures (NQ, MNQ, ES, MES) from 1-minute to 60-minute charts. Kairos Scalper is built for fast charts, typically 3 to 5 minutes, on markets such as MNQ, MES, ES and CL. Aurum is built only for gold futures (MGC or GC) on the 15-minute chart.
No. Entries are decided on a closed bar, so a signal in the backtest is the signal you would have seen live. Live fills can still differ a little, from slippage and from the broker running the trailing stop tick by tick.
Every algo runs TradingView's own Strategy Tester the moment you add it to a chart: the full historical backtest, every metric and every trade, on your own data. Our docs explain how to read a strategy report. These are research results from historical data, for education only. Past performance does not predict future results.
It can. Signals fire on TradingView, and a webhook platform sends them to your broker: PickMyTrade, Shifu, TradersPost, CrossTrade or a Custom Template. Shifu works on Paradox Algo, Kairos Scalper, Aurum, SignalWave and Nova AI Trader today, and joins Quantum Edge with its next update. You can also take the signals by hand. Pick by your account. On a Tradovate or NinjaTrader account, either works. On a Rithmic account, use PickMyTrade. Both can trade several accounts from one alert. Compare them on the integrations page.
Yes. Code PARADOXALGO works at both partners. At PickMyTrade it takes 10% off at checkout, and we may earn a commission when you sign up through our PickMyTrade links. At Shifu it takes 25% off for first-time Shifu customers, and Yearly Pro members get a personal code by email for a free first month. Yes. Every algo has daily loss and profit limits you set from your firm's rule sheet, and a daily time to close out. Paradox Algo adds a multi-day trailing drawdown and a daily reset hour. Kairos Scalper adds a daily trade limit, a losing-streak breaker and a maximum hold time. On Aurum, switch off the overnight carry if your firm needs you flat every day. Set each daily loss limit 15–20% under your firm's limit, to leave room for an open trade. Kairos trades often, so check your firm's consistency and frequency rules. No one can promise that. It depends on the market during your evaluation window and on your settings. The controls help you stay inside the rules; they cannot predict the market.
Yes, in one click in the billing portal. To stop the next charge, cancel at least 72 hours before your renewal date. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Yes. In the same billing portal, choose Update plan, and Stripe works out the difference. No support ticket needed.
All sales are final, because full access starts the moment you join. The only exceptions are a verified duplicate or unauthorized charge, reported within 7 days. See the refund policy.

Go to the Stratera download and enter the email tied to your Pro plan. Stratera is included with Pro. It runs on macOS 12 or later only; there is no Windows or Linux version for now.
